Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for beverages purchased on our website. However, if you experience any issues with your order please email orders@springbranchkombucha.com and we will work with you to make it right.
ONLINE PURCHASES - Merchandise
Please contact us at orders@springbranchkombucha.com if you need to return an online purchase of merchandise (hats, shirts, cups, etc.). Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase for your return to be accepted. The return process must be started within 30 days of purchase.
IN STORE PURCHASES
Any returns or refunds of our beverage products purchased from a grocery store or location other than our website, should be directed to where the product was originally purchased.
