At present, our draft products are distributed in 1/6 bbl kegs in the Springfield region. Our core kombucha flavors are available throughout the year. Additionally, we offer special and limited release flavors at various times to keep your offerings exciting and fresh.
Spring Branch Kombucha is rich in live cultures of bacteria and yeast. To maintain its optimal freshness and quality, it is essential to store our kombucha in a cool, refrigerated environment. Please note, refrigeration only slows, but does not completely stop the fermentation process. Thus, we advise consuming our kombucha by the 'best buy' date shown on the can's bottom. If left unrefrigerated, the kombucha will revert to its normal fermentation rate, producing CO2. Over time, this will alter the product's flavor characteristics and could potentially cause a packaging rupture due to the increased pressure.
